Our Mission

The St George Climbers Coalition is dedicated to ensuring safety and continued access to our climbing areas, providing education, and building strong connections within our community.

 

About Us

We are a brand new 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed by climbers, for climbers. Here in St George, our climbing is facing more challenges than ever before. Access threats, bolts in need of replacement, increased visitation, and other concerns all require action to protect our crags and guarantee safe, sustainable climbing for generations to come.

Our goal is to provide extra support and education to create a thriving community of climbers and informed advocates, while spearheading projects such as trail maintenance and rebolting efforts. We value transparency, collaboration, and community service, and are proud to be partnering with the ASCA and Access Fund. When we work together, we can achieve positive changes and move toward the future we envision.
